Meet our Chief Operations Officer:
Brooke has over 10 years of experience in the Natural Resources Conservation Field. She also works with Polk County’s Parks and Natural Resources Division where she works within the Environmental Lands Acquisition program protecting Polk’s Water, Wildlife, Wilderness and Working Lands by actively trying to enhance and add to the Florida Wildlife Corridor with the acquisition program. As well as completing grant applications and implementation of grant funding agreements and implementing wetland and upland restoration projects.
Brooke has conducted wildlife monitoring surveys for Sand skinks, Scrub Jays, Gopher Tortoise, Kestrels, Bald Eagles, Wood ducks, and Bachman Sparrows in her previous roles.
