The Florida Chapter of TWS is pleased to announce that Amelia Hornyak is the recipient of the 4th biennial Field Course Tuition scholarship. The course is administered by the Southeastern Section of TWS. Amelia is a junior at Flagler College, majoring in Coastal Environmental Science. She plans to graduate in December 2025. Amelia’s long-term career goal is to work as a conservation wildlife biologist, and eventually to work in environmental law. The scholarship will cover her tuition and travel expenses to attend the 2-week intensive training on wildlife field techniques. Please click HERE to read the full scholarship award announcement.
