For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach, the official conference hotel and host venue.
Conference Rate:
Attendees may book rooms at a special group rate of $225 per night, plus applicable taxes. Discounted self-parking is available for $6 per night.
How to Book:
Reservations should be made directly with the hotel. When booking, please request the Florida Chapter of The Wildlife Society 2026 Spring Conference group rate. A dedicated booking link and phone number will be shared soon.

Reservation Deadline:
To take advantage of the conference rate, please book your room by Monday, March 16, 2026. After this date, rooms may still be available, but rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for their own room charges, taxes, parking, and incidental expenses. A credit card is required to secure all reservations.
