Description of duties:
The incumbent shall function as the Certified Contract Manager for revenue and statewide contracts affecting the 5.9 million acres within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Wildlife Management Area (WMA) system. This position drafts, develops, coordinates and monitors contracts and agreements pertaining to WMA lands including various contractual services and special use agreements. Consults with the Commission's legal counsel regarding form and legality of proposed contracts and agreements, and monitors compliance with existing contracts and agreements. Works directly with Office of Finance and Budget to ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation of revenue received. Maintains databases to track and monitor contracts and agreements and ensure invoicing and supporting documents are provided according to the contract or agreement. Seeks to market and sell at the highest possible price economic commodities produced from WMA lands such as timber, cattle grazing leases, apiary leases, and citrus leases and any other types of WMA activities that generate revenue. On a continuing basis, this position shall analyze revenue generating contracts and other agreements and identify and resolve any operational or management problems. This position provides consulting support directly to regional administrative staff on these types of activities.

Level of Education:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work.
- A master's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience.
- Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Minimum Salary: $40,060.02 Annually
