Claire Sunquist Blunden - Claire earned a B.S in Environmental Science in 2008 and an M.S. in Interdisciplinary Ecology from the University of Florida in 2010. Claire first joined The Wildlife Society as an undergrad in 2005 and served in a leadership role for the student chapter from 2006 to 2010. Claire has worked for the St. Johns River Water Management District and is now the Stakeholder Coordinator for Imperiled Species Management Planning for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) in the division of Habitat and Species Conservation. Claire has worked for FWC for the past 5 years and currently works to assist staff in stakeholder engagement and human dimension inquiry. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and exploring Florida’s public lands and waters.
